OUR STORY

Creative Flavours Ireland was founded in 2006 to bring flavour solutions to the Irish food and beverage industry. The founder, Wendy Roberts has been a new product development technologist for more than twenty five years.  During this time Wendy realised the difficulties of the NPD technologist in sourcing the correct flavour profile to make a product the best it can be. Hence, she set up Creative Flavours Ireland and we have been bringing innovative flavour solutions to our customers ever since.

PRODUCTS

We provide a range of flavours (extracts,natural flavours, FTNF{from the named fruit} flavours  and artificial flavours), natural and artificial colours, stocks & bouillons, cheese products and other ingredients to Irish food and beverage manufacturers. We select our flavours to suit our customers particular product and processing requirements.

QUALITY

We source all our ingredients from trusted, approved suppliers who have GFSI standard third party accreditation (BRC, FSSC etc). Wendy, who is a qualified auditor has approved the quality systems of the manufacturing facilities of our principles.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customers business is our business! We pride ourselves in our communication skills. We keep our customers informed of progress on samples, orders and technical information requests. We update our customers on innovations and market trends in their sector.

We are flavour experts and we can select the most suitable flavour for your product and application. We provide unequaled technical support to our customers on our products and their use. We have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the demands and requirements of our customer’s and retailers quality systems. We respond rapidly to all technical requests.

MEET THE TEAM

Wendy Roberts – Founder/ MD

Wendy has an honours Degree in Food Science and Technology, combined with more than 25 years’ experience in R&D and technical support. Wendy has worked in a wide range of food categories such as dairy, beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), bakery, ready meals, confectionery, snack foods etc. Wendy has worked with both multinational and smaller food companies, in Ireland and abroad. Through her work in product development Wendy understands the difficulties the NPD Technologist has to source the correct flavour profile. Through her vast industry experience she can recommend the best flavours that will deliver in the new and ever more challenging food systems. She has constantly kept up to date with industry developments through training.

Fabienne as a Customer Services Manager looks after all our customers with great care, attention to detail and a smile. Being French she has a knowledge and love of good food.

Fabienne looks after orders, invoices, enquiries, etc. She has vast experience in administration and account management in many different types of businesses.

Fabienne has a diploma in Quality Managment and so understands all our customers exacting requirements.
