FUNCTIONAL SAVOURY FLAVOURS

At Creative Flavours Ireland we supply a range or functional savoury flavours that can be used to flavour savoury products for example:

Bake stable Flavours – for bakery, soups, sauces, ready meals, snack seasonings etc.

Salt reduction – our yeast extract and natural flavours can be used in salt reduction.

MSG replacement/ Flavour enhancing – Our yeast extracts are natural sources of glutamic acid and nucleotides and can be used to boost, smooth, balance and enhance the flavour of savoury dishes. They give the desired tastes of Umami and Kokumi to savoury products.

Fat/ Mouthfeel replacement  – We have a range of natural fat/ mouth feel replacement flavours that can be used to maintain richness and creaminess while reducing fat for nutritional, functional or cost purpose e.g.
